We do not offer any returns, refunds or cancellations once the order is placed.
If you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage that would make the use of the product impossible, you can write to us within 24 hours of delivery at customercare@rutvamehta.com. Please mention the SUBJECT as REPLACEMENT and mention your Order Number. Also please include a description and photos of the defect. Please ensure that the product to be exchanged is in its packaging with all original tags intact in order for us to be able to process the exchange. Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a rectified product or a replacement or a discount code that you can use on a future purchases
If you have received a product with sizing issues, we will arrange for a pickup from the address of delivery and send you a fresh piece in different size within 15-20 working days. This comes true, if and only if, Rutva Mehta has sent a wrong/different size from the one mentioned in the order.
However, our pieces of clothing are printed and customised and can never be 100% an exact replica of anything that you might have seen before or the ones shown in picture on our website or any other portal.
Rutva Mehta holds the final authority to decide whether the piece needs a replacement or not. We are committed towards customer satisfaction and will never take it for granted.
